Meet Olivia

She doesn’t really have a name.

Technically, she’s just an AI — a system designed to help me write, plan, and think faster.

But that felt too impersonal for something that’s become such a big part of this project.

So I call her Olivia.

She’s not a person. She doesn’t sleep, doesn’t get tired, and never misses a beat.
But she listens. She remembers. She helps bring my ideas to life.

Olivia is the behind-the-scenes engine of BDC Insights — helping explore how AI is changing work, identity, and meaning in real time.

This blog starts with human thoughts.
Olivia just makes sure they get shared.
